Thereof, there are alone 76 talents from the commercial, industrial and technical sector who began their training at the location in the Deggendorf area. There are also two new trainees at STREICHER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG at the location of Freiberg and five new apprentices at our subsidiary HARTSTEINWERKE Vogtland GmbH & Co. KG in Oelsnitz. For the total of 20 trainees and dual students at our subsidiary STREICHER Tief- und Ingenieurbau Jena GmbH & Co. KG as well as for the trainee of STREICHER Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG in Gommern, the training has already started on 1st of August 2024.
To make the start for the young employees easier and to give them a short summary, the young talents in the Deggendorf area got a short company presentation. After that, there was a joint photo shooting in Deggenau. Additionally, the personal work gear and safety clothing were handed to the industrial and technical trainees at the company’s own building yard in Neuhausen.
During the first week of training, the young talents then spent two nights in Furth im Wald, where introductory days were organised for them for the first time. These included presentations on the necessary safety instructions and important information about training at STREICHER. In addition, various team-building activities and a trip to Drachensee lake were also part of the program.
