Together with the education center ISA Bildungszentrum GmbH Deggendorf, a German course for foreign employees in the industrial sector was held at STREICHER from 15th to 19th January 2024.
Equipped with a German book and numerous practice tasks, a total of 23 employees with Croatian, Kosovo, Polish and Romanian roots took part in the language course.
Among other things, they learned grammar basics and most important words to be able to communicate in German. Furthermore, special terms important for the work at construction sites were part of the course program.
In order to be able, also in the future, to continue providing professional training to foreign staff within the STREICHER Group, solid knowledge of German is essential. The offer therefore will be further expanded next year.
