The price „Best employer in the region Pilsen (2022)“ is awarded each year. The importance of human rescources is in focus of this award – what offers the company for job applicants or what characterises the company as employer.
For Jiří Lopata, managing director of STREICHER Plzeň, the following company values are significant for this award: „Innovation, quality, stability and partnership – these are our motives, that lead our daily activities and have convinced the jury.“ Especially the motive partnership is a decisive factor for winning the first price in „Employer of the year Mamma/parent-friendly company“. STREICHER Plzeň tries to enable a good work-life-balance for the employees and e.g. offers a lot of flexibility in returning to work after parental leave.
Together with his team Jiří Lopata is very pleased with winning the awards: „Regarding these two competitions we took part for the first time and won right away. This confirms our business activities. And we hope that thus we can find new emloyees, too.“
